The focus of this project was to solve the problem of how to bring the large format big box sprawling suburban retailers into a high density urban environment. To maximize return on investment, the owner not only wanted to put one of these tenants at this location, but two. A story building of nearly 200,000 square feet of leasble area served by a four story parking structure were designed to meet the owneres requirements. The visual styling an finishes take their ques from Art Deco motifs of nearby "Miracle Mile" in the heart of Los Angeles.
